For Music Producers

Send Stems, Masters and Full Sessions in Original Quality

Deliver WAV, FLAC and complete session files to artists, labels and collaborators with no compression, no quality loss and no subscription.

Audio production demands more than consumer file sharing

Music production routinely produces files that are larger, more sensitive to quality loss, and more often shared than outsiders realise. A single multi-track session in Logic, Pro Tools or Ableton can easily exceed 30 GB once you factor in linked audio, samples, processing chains and reference takes. A full album's worth of stems and alternates pushes that into hundreds of gigabytes. And the files themselves matter: a 24-bit, 96 kHz WAV stem is not the same as a 16-bit, 44.1 kHz version, and any re-encoding step in the delivery pipeline is unacceptable.

Most consumer file-sharing services aren't built for this. Email attachments cap well below useful sizes. WeTransfer's free tier handles individual mixdowns but not full sessions. Cloud storage services like Google Drive often re-encode audio for streaming, destroying exactly the quality producers care about. Subscription services are designed for users who deliver constantly, not for the producer who finishes a track every two weeks.

TransferRocket handles audio production workflows correctly

TransferRocket transfers files bit-for-bit identical to the original. WAV, FLAC, AIFF, AAC, MP3 at any bit rate, full session ZIPs, sample libraries: everything arrives exactly as you sent it. Sample rate, bit depth, channel configuration and file metadata are preserved without modification.

Transfers up to 200 GB cover even the largest sessions in a single delivery, including all linked audio and reference material. Pay-per-use pricing means you pay when you actually deliver, not every month between sessions. For producers who deliver a few projects per month, this works out 70 to 80 percent cheaper than subscription alternatives.

The built-in audio preview lets collaborators listen to tracks directly in the browser before downloading, speeding up review rounds with artists, labels and band members. Password protection keeps unreleased material confidential. Storage region selection lets you serve international collaborators from the closest region.

Delivering an album's stems to a label

You've finished mixing a 12-track album. The label has asked for full stems plus the master, around 80 GB including all individual tracks at 24-bit, 96 kHz, plus reference mixes and a couple of alternates.

You drag the stems folder into TransferRocket, set a 30-day storage duration to cover the label's review cycle, choose the closest storage region, and enable password protection in case the link gets forwarded. TransferRocket uploads in the background while you move on to the next project.

The label A&R receives an email with a secure link. They preview a couple of tracks in the browser to confirm the right delivery, enter the password, and download the full set of stems. You see the moment they access the transfer.

No monthly subscription, no quality loss, no per-track caps. You pay once for the delivery and move on.

Can collaborators preview tracks in the browser?
Yes. The built-in audio preview supports MP3, OGG, WAV, AAC, M4A and FLAC files directly in the browser. Useful for quick review rounds where collaborators want to listen before downloading the full session.
Can I password-protect unreleased tracks?
Yes. Password protection is free on every transfer. Essential for unreleased material, label submissions, work under NDA and pre-release master deliveries.
Can I send stems to multiple band members at once?
Yes. Every transfer can be shared with multiple recipients. You can attach email addresses to the transfer and TransferRocket will notify them automatically with a download link.
